Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 0.25 cup Powdered sugar

  • 3 tbsp Lime zest

  • 0.5 cup Lime juice

  • 2 drops green Food colouring – or more to achieve desired colour

  • 400 ml Coconut milk

Directions

  • Bring together the lime zest, juice, yoghurt and powdered sugar in the food processor.
  • Pop in the food colouring and pulse until colour is achieved.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds, leaving space at the top to add in the popsicle stick.
  • Freeze at least four hours, and remove by putting the bottom of the moulds in how water for a few minutes before sliding out.
