Close-up of rich, fudgy Nutella brownies on a plate.

Yes, you only need three ingredients to make these ridiculously easy Nutella brownies.

And honestly, they probably won’t last the day.

These brownies are rich, fudgy, chocolatey, and dangerously simple to make, which is exactly why they’ve become one of those recipes people keep coming back to.

Perfect for:

  • lazy weekend baking
  • last-minute desserts
  • school holiday boredom
  • emergency chocolate cravings

Even better, there’s barely any washing up involved.

According to baker Hope Bell from Chummys Bakery, these little brownies are so easy even the kids can help make them.

And the best part?

Warm Nutella brownies with ice cream might be one of the easiest desserts on earth that still feels slightly impressive.

Easy Ways to Serve Them

These brownies are perfect:

  • warm with ice cream
  • packed into lunchboxes
  • topped with extra Nutella
  • with strawberries and cream
  • as a last-minute dessert when guests show up unexpectedly

They also disappear alarmingly fast straight from the tray.

Tips for Fudgy Nutella Brownies

  • Don’t overbake them if you want that soft fudgy centre.
  • Let them cool slightly before slicing for cleaner brownie squares.
  • Add chocolate chips if you want them extra rich.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

If they last that long.

Final Thoughts

Some recipes are worth keeping simply because they make life easier.

And these Nutella brownies definitely fall into that category.

Three ingredients.
Minimal effort.
Almost no cleanup.

Exactly the kind of baking recipe everyone needs tucked away for lazy weekends and chocolate emergencies.
