Ingredients
18 number Mangoes
5 cups White Sugar
4 cups Brown Vinegar
200 gram Fresh ginger peeled
1 cup Sultanas
1 tbsp Salt
3 tbsp Crushed garlic
Directions
- Peel and cut the mangoes into small pieces. Cut up all other ingredients finely. Put into a large stock pot and cover with the brown vinegar, salt and sugar. Bring to the boil. Boil for approximately two hours or until liquid is thickened. Pour the hot liquid into sterilized jars and seal well. This will make about seven standard sized jars.
