Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas

  • 1 fresh orange juice

  • 1 dash Nutmeg

  • 1/3 cups raw Almonds

  • 3/4 cups low-fat vanilla yoghurt

  • 1/2 cups ice

Directions

  • Blend together all the ingredients with a handful of ice.
