Lamb Kofta Meatballs
Meatballs are so versatile and the kids LOVE them!!! These lamb meatballs are tasty but not over powering so the kids will eat them!
Add to your favourite greek salad or my zucchini and haloumi salad.

Flavorful lamb kofta meatballs seasoned with aromatic spices, perfect as a main dish or appetizer with sauces or dips.

Ingredients
500 gram Lamb Mince
1 tbsp Minced garlic
1 tsp Cumin ground
2 tbsp Coriander Ground
1/3 number Mint leaves finely chopped
1/3 cups Parsley, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
Directions
- Add all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine with your hands.
- Roll them into your desired sized balls and pan fry until they are golden.
- Be sure to turn them over often.
- Serve and Enjoy!
