Ingredients
3 Aero bars-peppermint
160 gram Cream-dollop
125 gram Cream Cheese-softened
1 Peppermint Chocolate Bar
Directions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, add cream and beat again until mix together.
- Stir in chopped aero bars.
- Place in fridge for 20 minutes to chill until mixture starts to get firm.
- Once firm, wet hands and scoop 1 heaped teaspoon of mix and roll into ball, roll in chopped peppermint crisp and set aside on plate.
- Continue until all mix is rolled into balls.
- Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Notes
- Minty Meteorite Balls are suitable for freezing for up to 2 months, otherwise keep refrigerated for up to 4 days in an air tight container.
