Cheese and Gherkin Balls

Ingredients
0.5 cup Gherkin relish
160 gram Sour cream
125 gram Cream cheese-softened
125 gram Crackers -(we used ritz)
1 tbsp Curry powder
Directions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sour cream and gherkin relish, beat again until mix together. Place in fridge for 20 minutes to chill until mixture starts to get firm.
- Place crackers in food processor and crush until resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in curry powder.
- Once firm, wet hands and scoop 1 heaped teaspoon of mix and roll into ball, roll in cracker crumbs and set aside on plate. Continue until all mix is rolled into balls.
- Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Notes
- Cheese and Gherkin Balls are suitable for freezing for up to 2 months, otherwise keep refrigerated for up to 2 days in an air tight container.
