Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Gherkin relish

  • 160 gram Sour cream

  • 125 gram Cream cheese-softened

  • 125 gram Crackers -(we used ritz)

  • 1 tbsp Curry powder

Directions

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sour cream and gherkin relish, beat again until mix together. Place in fridge for 20 minutes to chill until mixture starts to get firm.
  • Place crackers in food processor and crush until resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in curry powder.
  • Once firm, wet hands and scoop 1 heaped teaspoon of mix and roll into ball, roll in cracker crumbs and set aside on plate. Continue until all mix is rolled into balls.
  • Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Cheese and Gherkin Balls are suitable for freezing for up to 2 months, otherwise keep refrigerated for up to 2 days in an air tight container.
