Ingredients

  • 1 Can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed well

  • 1 Large Lemon, juiced

  • 1/4 cups Tahini

  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Ground

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • In a food processor, add tahini and lemon juice, blitz until smooth and well combined.
  • Add the garlic, cumin, olive oil and pinch of salt, blitz until combines.
  • Slowly ass the chickpeas and combine until smooth
  • Serve drizzles with olive oil and sprinkle of cumin
