Homemade Hummus

Classic creamy hummus made from chickpeas, tahini, lemon, and garlic, perfect as a dip or spread for any occasion.

Ingredients
1 Can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed well
1 Large Lemon, juiced
1/4 cups Tahini
1 tsp Minced Garlic
2 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Cumin Ground
Salt and pepper
Directions
- In a food processor, add tahini and lemon juice, blitz until smooth and well combined.
- Add the garlic, cumin, olive oil and pinch of salt, blitz until combines.
- Slowly ass the chickpeas and combine until smooth
- Serve drizzles with olive oil and sprinkle of cumin
