Ingredients
400 gram Chickpeas
2 Avocado
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
Directions
- Place Chickpeas in blender and pulse until it is a paste
- Chop Avocado in half and remove seed and skin
- Place in blender with Chickpea paste and add the Lemon Juice, Salt, Tabasco Sauce
- Blend until a smooth paste
- Place in bowl, cover and refrigerate until serving time
Notes
- Not suitable for freezing
- Can add as much or as little Tabasco Sauce that you like
- You can also add diced tomato, diced bacon to the mix
