Chicken Supreme Sauce

Chicken Supreme with rich sauce on pasta.

Looking to level up your weeknight chicken? This Chicken Supreme Sauce is your go-to. It’s rich, creamy, and wildly versatile – the kind of recipe that feels fancy but takes less than 30 minutes and minimal effort.

Made with a base of chicken stock and roux, then finished with cream, it’s smooth, satisfying, and deceptively easy to make. No fancy ingredients, just real flavour that clings beautifully to chicken and makes even a weeknight meal feel a little luxe.
