Ingredients

  • 2 Orange- peeled, deseeded and chopped

  • 2 Apples- peeled and chopped

  • 2 Bananas- peeled and chopped

  • 100 gram Mini Marshmallows

  • 1 Tinned Mandarin pieces

  • 1 cup Desiccated coconut

  • 1 Tin Pineapple Pieces

  • 1 Tub Sour cream or low fat yoghurt

Directions

  • Drain fruit and mix salad together gently in a bowl.
  • If mixture is too dry, add a bit of the fruit juice to moisten.
  • Recipe Hints and Tips:
  • For a great Christmas version, use cherries and green grapes!
  • Best eaten on day
