Ingredients
2 tbsp Margarine
2 tbsp Plain flour
1 tsp Sugar
.5 tsp Salt
.5 tsp Pepper-or less to taste
0.5 cup Vegetable stock-or meat stock/broth
0.5 cup Milk
Directions
- In a saucepan melt the margarine until it is a liquid. Using a fork or whisk, add the flour and stir until it has dissolved into the margarine.
- Add the sugar, salt and pepper, then gradually whisk in the broth and the milk. Cook and stir until mixture is thick and bubbling.
- Boil for a full minute, then serve when still nice and hot
