A light, protein-packed tuna salad ready in minutes, perfect for a quick healthy lunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 x 95 gram tin Tuna

  • 2 Corn cobs, cut corn off or 1 can drained

  • 1 Tomato, diced

  • 1 Cucumber, diced

  • 1 Avocado, diced

  • 1 Lime, juiced

  • 1/4 cups Coriander, chopped

Directions

  • Drain the tuna.
  • Add all of the ingredients into the bowl, squeeze over the lime juice and sprinkle with a little salt! Delish!!
