Ingredients
2 x 95 gram tin Tuna
2 Corn cobs, cut corn off or 1 can drained
1 Tomato, diced
1 Cucumber, diced
1 Avocado, diced
1 Lime, juiced
1/4 cups Coriander, chopped
Directions
- Drain the tuna.
- Add all of the ingredients into the bowl, squeeze over the lime juice and sprinkle with a little salt! Delish!!
