Ingredients
300 gram Mexi beans (we used Edgell premix tin)
185 gram Tinned tuna, drained
Directions
- Pour can of mexi beans into bowl.
- Drain tuna and spoon on top of mexi beans.
- If you would like it hot place a sheet of paper towel over bowl and heat in microwave for 30seconds, you may have to heat for an additional 30 seconds depending on microwave.
- Serve and enjoy this fast and healthy lunch.
Notes
- Mexican Tuna can be served hot or cold. If you need you can add a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of grated cheese though it’s not quiet as healthy. The bean mix does have a little chilli kick it.
