Devilled Sausages are one of my kids’ favourite foods.
It is so delicious with mashed potato and can be dressed up to be as hot or as mild as your tastes allow. We also have a great slow cooker version of our recipe for Devilled Sausages below!

minutesSweet, spicy, and saucy, devilled sausages are the ultimate comfort dinner. Easy to prepare and loved by all ages, this old-school favourite transforms humble sausages into a hearty, flavour-packed meal that pairs perfectly with mash or rice.

Ingredients
6 number Sausages-beef or pork
1 medium Onion- diced
0.25 tsp Curry powder-to taste
1 tbsp Caster sugar-to taste
2 tsp Garlic-crushed
1 number Can of tomatoes
Directions
- Brown the sausages in a pan. Remove and set aside.
- Add the onion and cook well.
- Add the garlic, curry powder, sugar and tinned tomatoes and cook until reduced and thick.
- Add the sausages to warm through and serve 0n mashed potato.
- Slowcooker version:
- Brown the sausages as above and place in the slowcooker.
- Add the remaining ingredients and cook on high for four hours stirring every hour or so.
