Ingredients
1 number Bananas-per person, frozen
Directions
- Add the frozen bananas to a food processor and whip until the consistency of soft serve ice cream.
- Serve piled high in a bowl!
- Recipe Hints and Tips:
- Banana Ice Cream is suitable to freeze for up to four weeks.
- Seal in a ziplock bag before freezing.
- This is a great way to use over ripe bananas. If you do have over ripe bananas in your fruit bowl, just peel them and pop them in a ziplock bag so you can make this dairy free ice cream whenever you like!
- If you find the banana isn’t coming together when you blitz it you can add a dollop of yoghurt.
