Ingredients

  • 420 gram tin of gram Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce

  • 340 gram Flour self raising

  • 220 gram Wholemeal Self Raising Flour

  • 150 gram Butter

  • 2 number Eggs

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Directions

  • Line a baking tray with baking paper and preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
  • Sift together the flours and salt and pepper.
  • Rub in the butter until you get a breadcrumb consistency.
  • Add spaghetti, sauce and egg and mix to a soft dough.
  • Knead the dough until smooth and cut scone rounds with a biscuit cutter.
  • Brush the spaghetti scones with milk and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.

Notes

  • Spaghetti Scones are suitable to freeze for up to two weeks.
