Ingredients
3 Egg yolks
0.5 cup Caster sugar
0.5 cup Self-raising flour
0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tbsp Milk
Directions
- Beat egg yolks and sugar until thick and creamy. Add vanilla. Add flour then milk and mix until combined.
- Pour into a greased or lined loaf tin and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
