Ingredients
400 gram can of Pears-in juice
2 cups Self raising flour
0.5 cup Caster sugar
2 number Eggs
Directions
- Place pears (including the juice) into a large bowl and mash with a fork.
- Add the remaining ingredients and beat until well combined.
- Pour mixture into a lined or greased round cake tin and bake at 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
- Cool in tin for 5 minutes then place on a cooling rack.
