Ingredients

  • 1 medium Egg

  • 1 cup White sugar

  • 1 cup Peanut butter

  • Disable Nutrition Show as new format

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
  • Mix all the ingredients together and then use a teaspoon to drop balls onto a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for around 8 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and serve.
  • If you want you could double or triple the recipe to make more. This makes about a dozen small biscuits.
  • Recipe Hints and Tips:
  • For Gluten Free Peanut Butter Biscuits, to cut down on the sugar, substitute half a cup of sugar for half  cup of coconut.
  • Best made and eaten fresh. Not suitable for freezing.
