Ingredients

  • 395 gram Condensed milk

  • 2 tbsp Butter

  • 1 cup Almonds-chopped

  • 3 cups Chocolate bits

Directions

  • Place the first 3 ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and cook on medium power for 3 – 4 minutes or until the chocolate has melted.
  • Mix the almonds in and press into a lined rectangle pan.
  • Refrigerate until firm and cut into squares.

Notes

  • Easy Peasy Chocolate Fudge is suitable to freeze for up to two months
  • Keep an eye on the chocolate while it is in the microwave, no one likes the taste of burnt chocolate nor the smell.
  • Place in little bags for a homemade gift.
