Ingredients

  • 1.33 cups Rolled oats

  • 0.5 cup Caster sugar

  • 2 tsp Baking powder

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon-ground

  • 0.5 tsp Bicarbonate of soda

  • 0.5 cup Sultanas

  • 1 cup Bananas-mashed

  • 4 tbsp Skim milk

  • 2 Egg whites

  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence

  • 1/4 cups Pecans

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Mix together dry ingredients. Mix together bananas, egg whites, milk and vanilla in a separate bowl. Combine and beat all together.
  • Lightly grease or line with a 23x33cm slice tin with baking paper and pour the mixture in.
  • Scatter pecans over the top and bake for about 35 minutes.
  • Cool and cut into bars. You can sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar if desired.
