Slowcooker Cauliflower Soup

Delicious slowcooker cauliflower soup garnished with herbs and crispy breadsticks.

Slowcooker Cauliflower Soup is a simple, comforting soup that takes almost no effort but delivers big on flavour. Cauliflower, potatoes, onions, carrots and celery simmer together in chicken stock and milk until soft and melded. Once everything’s tender, it’s blended into a creamy, velvety soup. Serve with fresh chives or herbs for a touch of brightness, and perhaps some buttery hot toast to soak it all up. This one’s perfect for chilly evenings when you want something warm, hearty and nourishing—without fuss.
