Do you have an abundance of ice cube trays or ice cube moulds lying around, from the boring rectangular ones to the cute heart-shaped ones?

I even have a golf ball shaped one and it’s spending more time in my cupboard than being used.

All you need is a trusty ice cube tray and a few simple ingredients to create these chilled, flavour-infused beauties.

This time of year herbs are going crazy, parsley, basil, mint, sage and thyme are certainly taking over my backyard!
