Ingredients

  • 3 Aero bars-peppermint

  • 160 gram Cream-dollop

  • 125 gram Cream Cheese-softened

  • 1 Peppermint Chocolate Bar

Directions

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, add cream and beat again until mix together.
  • Stir in chopped aero bars.
  • Place in fridge for 20 minutes to chill until mixture starts to get firm.
  • Once firm, wet hands and scoop 1 heaped teaspoon of mix and roll into ball, roll in chopped peppermint crisp and set aside on plate.
  • Continue until all mix is rolled into balls.
  • Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Minty Meteorite Balls are suitable for freezing for up to 2 months, otherwise keep refrigerated for up to 4 days in an air tight container.
