minutesA lighter twist on a classic, these healthier honey joys keep the crunchy, golden goodness you love with less guilt. Perfect for lunchboxes, school fairs, or a quick treat, they’re fun, nostalgic, and a hit with kids and adults.

Ingredients
2 cup Bran flakes
25 gram Butter
3 tbsp Honey
Directions
- Place patty cases on baking tray.
- Add butter and honey to a small saucepan. Stir over a medium heat to melt.
- When mixture starts to bubble, stir continuously for 2 1/2 minutes until it’s a golden caramel colour. Avoid using high heat as it may burn.
- Remove from heat. Add bran flakes to medium bowl, drizzle honey mixture over the top and mix well.
- Spoon into patty cases and refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
Notes
- If you prefer a soft texture, simmer for only 1 minute.
- May be stored in the refrigerator or pantry, in an airtight container.
