Simple to put together by dipping some fresh luscious cherries in some creamy white chocolate and you have a great little snack to nibble on throughout the day! Serve alongside platters with cheeses, crackers and dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet White Chocolate, Chopped

  • 24 Cherries with stalk still attached

Directions

  • Line baking tray with baking paper and set aside
  • Wash and thoroughly dry cherries
  • In double boiler place all chocolate in and stir until melted ensuring that no water or steam touches the chocolate
  • As soon as its melted remove from heat and start carefully dipping cherries halfway, holding on to them by the stalk.
  • Lift and let drip excess chocolate off, place on prepared tray.
  • Pop into fridge to set.
