Some love spice, some hate it! This Harissa marinated chicken can cover all bases, you can add just a little paste to make it mild or a lot to make it spicy. The choice is yours! The lime also gives it a little extra zing!

Chicken marinated with bold harissa paste, then roasted until succulent and flavorful. Spicy, aromatic, and perfect alongside couscous, flatbreads, or roasted vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 4 number Chicken Marylands

  • 4 tbsp Harissa Paste

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

  • Marinade the Chicken Marylands in the Harissa paste for at least half and hour, overnight is best.
  • Cut the limes in half
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Place the Chicken Marylands and limes facing up in a baking dish and drizzle them with olive oil
  • Bake for approximately 30 – 40 minutes or until browned.
  • Serve with yogurt and herby cous cous
