Sales Manager and Property Manager
Ahoy! Anchor Realty (based in Gympie) is searching the seas for a part-time, experienced property manager who will also be doing sales support admin.
Must be a team player but be able to work autonomously (by yourself for hours at a time). We value fun, honesty, hard work and intelligence. We provide exceptional service and communication to our clients so you must like people and be able to effortlessly communicate via phone, text, email and on Facebook and messenger. Correct spelling and punctuation skills are big on our list, as is friendliness, initiative, and ability to smile and also have a laugh. Only apply if you are a genuinely nice person (no pirates, please).
The right person will love our dynamic, supportive and flexible environment and hours, and our kickass work ethic, brand and values. We value our clients and staff and we actually mean that!
There will be specific training provided for our sales support admin processes and procedures, but with property management you must be highly experienced, currently registered, and be a Captain at it! You’ll be building our rent roll and helping expand our brand so diverse property management skills is a bonus.
If you’re looking for part-time work (initially 18-20 hours over 2.5-3 days but these hours may grow), need some flexibility around your commitments, want a supportive work family, and aren’t afraid of old fashioned hard work and providing exceptional client service – then please dive in and email a resume to Steph.
