Avoid Alcohol

or at least reduce your alcohol intake (let’s be realistic here!)

That sneaky glass or 3 of wine, or those couple of beers had at the end of the day can actually be contributing to your snoring.

Alcohol can cause the soft tissues to relax and well the rest is history. Head thumping snoring is away and running. Try avoiding alcohol close to sleep time and you may just be on a winner!
