Cartoon of a man with a nose pointing to his face, illustrating body changes at age 30.

When you become thirty-ish, that’s the time you experience some crisis and your second puberty.

Yep, you read that right. Second Puberty, huh? Apparently, “it’s the stage of life when you finally become an adult.” Remember when you were 22 and thought that paying bills and getting things in order was a bit too early to happen? Well, now it’s time for you to have another realisation – and that is knowing that your body is undergoing someserious physical changes.

At this late-twenties-but-not-quite-thirties age, we begin to notice that we have hair in all the wrong places and except in our head. And that whatever we eat, it always goes down in another layer in our bellies. Pretty harsh huh? But second puberty is a sad reality that we have to embrace…and enjoy too!

Watch this video to be prepared for that stage in your life:

Ahhh, second puberty. When we are “being punished for joy” and exercising takes away our social life. Are you ready for it?
