4Granny smith apples, peeled and chopped
1tbspLemon juice
1/2tspMixed spices
1/2cupsWater

How to Make Healthy Apple Sauce
Add all of the ingredients into a saucepan and cover
Cook on a low heat for 20-25 minutes until they are soft and squishy
Blend or mash until you have a desired consistency
Allow to cool
Tip: You can add 1 tbsp of caster sugar if you prefer it to be sweeter
