Ingredients

  • 4 Granny smith apples, peeled and chopped

  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp Mixed spices

  • 1/2 cups Water

Directions

  • How to Make Healthy Apple Sauce
  • Add all of the ingredients into a saucepan and cover
  • Cook on a low heat for 20-25 minutes until they are soft and squishy
  • Blend or mash until you have a desired consistency
  • Allow to cool
  • Tip: You can add 1 tbsp of caster sugar if you prefer it to be sweeter
