Ingredients

  • 8 Pork Chops

  • 1 cup Apple Sauce

  • 3 Sweet potatoes-peeled and thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp Honey

  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce

Directions

  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Cook chops in a fry pan for a couple of minutes each side until lightly browned.
  • Pour applesauce into the base of the slow cooker, followed by sweet potato slices.
  • Drizzle the honey over the sweet potato and season with salt and pepper.
  • Lay the pork chops over the potato and cover with the cranberry sauce. Cover and cook on low for around 7-8 hours.

    Hi very keen to make this recipe but dont have any sweet potato. Would it work with normal potato?
