Slow Cooker Apple and Cranberry Pork Chops

Ingredients
8 Pork Chops
1 cup Apple Sauce
3 Sweet potatoes-peeled and thinly sliced
2 tbsp Honey
1 cup Cranberry Sauce
Directions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Cook chops in a fry pan for a couple of minutes each side until lightly browned.
- Pour applesauce into the base of the slow cooker, followed by sweet potato slices.
- Drizzle the honey over the sweet potato and season with salt and pepper.
- Lay the pork chops over the potato and cover with the cranberry sauce. Cover and cook on low for around 7-8 hours.
