Goji Berry Balls

Delicious salted caramel balls perfect for a sweet treat or dessert. Easy to make with natural ingre.

These little balls are the perfect treat when you have over-indulged on Christmas lunch….or the perfect morning tea before the big lunch.

They are slightly chewy and not too sweet. Eat a little or eat a lot! You can roll them in cocoa at the end, or blitzed goji berries for some colour or just leave them as they are and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Goji Berries

  • 1/2 cups Cashews

  • 2 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste

  • 1/2 cups Cocoa powder

  • 1 cup Dates

Directions

  • Blitz and Roll the mixture into balls of a desired size
  • Place in the freezer in an air-tight container
