Ingredients

  • 2 cups Coco puffs-dairy free / gluten free

  • 2 tbsp Cocoa-diary free

  • .5 cup Coconut (shredded)

  • .75 cup Icing sugar

  • 100 gram Copha

Directions

  • Melt Copha in a medium saucepan on low heat.
  •  Add all other ingredients and gently stir until well combined.
  • Remove from heat and spoon mixture into paper patty cases.
  • Set in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
  • Recipe Hints and Tips:
  • GF and DF Chocolate and Coconut Crackles will keep in fridge for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
  • If you can’t find dairy free coco puffs, use dairy free rice bubbles instead.
  • This recipe is also nut free, egg free and gluten free if you use the appropriate coco puffs/rice bubbles and cocoa).
  • This recipe makes approximately 12 regular paper pattys or 24 mini paper pattys.
