Sweet, spiced no-bake bliss balls with shredded carrot, nuts, and dates that taste like carrot cake in bite-sized form—perfect for a healthy snack or guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Walnuts

  • 1 cup Desiccated coconut

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1 cup Dates

  • 1 Carrot, grated

  • 2 tsp Maple syrup

Directions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and whiz until it has a stick consistency.
  • Roll the mix into balls and place onto a lined tray. Put them into the fridge to set.
