Ingredients
1 medium Carrot-grated finely
0.66 cup Oats
0.5 cup Milk-dairy or otherwise
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Sultanas
2 tbsp Cream cheese
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon
0.25 tsp Nutmeg
0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
Directions
- Put the oats in a sealable, airtight container.
- Add in the carrot, milk, sultanas, honey, yoghurt, cream cheese, vanilla extract and spices. Stir.
- That’s it! Pop it in the fridge and leave it for at least 5 hours (overnight is best) so the oats can absorb all the liquid in the container.
- When you’re ready to eat, remove the container and stir the oats. You can eat them cold or microwave for around 2-3 minutes to enjoy them warm.
