Ingredients

  • 500 gram Tomatoes, ripe

  • 500 gram Onion

  • 1 cup Vinegar, white

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 cup Sugar

  • 1 tbsp Curry powder

  • 1 tbsp Mustard powder

  • 5 tbsp Cornflour

Directions

  • Boil all ingredients except the cornflour for ten minutes.
  • Blend cornflour in a little water.  Add to the tomato mixture and boil another ten minutes.
  • Bottle when cool.

Notes

  • Tomato Relish can be keep in airtight bottles for up to 3 months.
