Ingredients
500 gram Tomatoes, ripe
500 gram Onion
1 cup Vinegar, white
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Sugar
1 tbsp Curry powder
1 tbsp Mustard powder
5 tbsp Cornflour
Directions
- Boil all ingredients except the cornflour for ten minutes.
- Blend cornflour in a little water. Add to the tomato mixture and boil another ten minutes.
- Bottle when cool.
Notes
- Tomato Relish can be keep in airtight bottles for up to 3 months.
