Ingredients

  • 1 Green apple, sliced into batons

  • 1/4 Red Cabbage, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 Green cabbage, thinly sliced

  • 2 Spring onions, thinly sliced

  • 1 Lime juiced

  • 1 Bunch Coriander, chopped

  • 1 Chilli, thinly sliced

Directions

  • Add all of the ingredient into a bowl.
  • Toss well.
  • Squeeze over the lime juice and stir.
