Ingredients

  • 1/4 number Green cabbage, Shredded

  • 1/4 number Red Cabbage, Shredded

  • 2 number Carrots (Slice with vegetable peeler)

  • 3 number Spring onions, thinly sliced

  • Dressing

  • 1 cup Natural yoghurt

  • 1/3 cups Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

Directions

  • In a small bowl add the dressing ingredients and stir together well
  • Mix all of the other ingredients into a salad in separate bowl
  • Add the dressing to the salad bowl and toss well!
