Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
700 gram Brussels sprouts
3 tbsp Olive oil-high quality for a better taste
.5 tsp Salt
.5 tsp Pepper
.5 tsp Onion powder
.5 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Cut the hard ends off the Brussels sprouts and take off any leaves that look yellowed or damaged. Slice in half and place in a bowl.
- Into the same bowl add the oil and everything else. Mix until the sprouts are well coated in the oil and spices.
- Pour onto a baking tray and roast in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. Feel free to shake the pan now and again to redistribute the sprouts and ensure they cook evenly.
- Serve immediately.
