French Onion Potato Bake

French Onion Potato Bake with melted cheese and herbs.

This yummy French Onion Potato Bake is to die for!

This French Onion Potato Bake is a family favourite during special occasions. We’ve tried different versions of this recipe – we’ve tried this with cheese! We’ve also used sour cream and cream cheese when there’s no thick cream available and it still tastes heavenly!

This recipe is a traditional way of making French Onion Potato Bake and it is an easy and frugal one. It’s flavorful and you aren’t going to use eggs. Hmmmm perhaps I should make one for Christmas lunch!
