Ingredients
2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
3 Eggs
6 cups Mashed potatoes
0.25 cup parsley-chopped
300 gram tasty Cheese-cubed
Salt and pepper-to taste
Directions
- Butter a casserole dish or baking tray and sprinkle with breadcrumbs to lightly coat the sides and bottom.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs well and mix with mashed potato and parsley and season to taste.
- Spoon half the mixture into dish.
- Top with cheese then place remaining potato on top.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour. Serve hot.
Notes
- Cheesy Potato Puff is not suitable for freezing.
- For something different, try using sweet potatoes instead of normal potatoes.
