Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs

  • 3 Eggs

  • 6 cups Mashed potatoes

  • 0.25 cup parsley-chopped

  • 300 gram tasty Cheese-cubed

  • Salt and pepper-to taste

Directions

  • Butter a casserole dish or baking tray and sprinkle with breadcrumbs to lightly coat the sides and bottom.
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs well and mix with mashed potato and parsley and season to taste.
  • Spoon half the mixture into dish.
  • Top with cheese then place remaining potato on top.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Cheesy Potato Puff is not suitable for freezing.
  • For something different, try using sweet potatoes instead of normal potatoes.
