Here is a simple recipe to cook Corn on the Cob on the BBQ.

Ingredients
3 Cobs of Corn
6 tsp Butter
1 tsp season all salt or salt & pepper
Directions
- Remove husks from corn and cut each cob in half. Butter each piece with a teaspoon of butter and sprinkle with seasoning. Wrap each piece in foil, twist the ends of the foil to seal.
- Place on pre heated BBQ over medium to hot heat and bake for 20 minutes turning a few times to keep the corn moist and not burn.
- Remove foil with tongs and serve with steak and BBQ Chips.
- Recipe Hints and Tips:
- BBQ Corn on the Cob is not suitable for freezing and should be eaten the day it is cooked.
- If you are camping you can leave the corn in the husk soak in salted water for 10 minutes then cook on the BBQ for 20-25 minutes turning several times. Allow to cool slightly and then remove husk. Seasoning with butter, salt and pepper.
