Ingredients

  • 3 Pears, halved and pitted

  • 1 tsp Honey

  • 3 Thyme sprigs

  • 50 gram Gorgonzola

  • Crushed Walnuts

Directions

  • Preheat Oven to 200 degrees
  • Place Pears on baking tray and drizzle with honey and thyme
  • Bake for 10-15 then allow to cool
  • In a bowl add Gorgonzola and walnuts together
  • Once pear is cool, add cheese mix and top with extra thyme and a drizzle of honey.
