Tips for Perfect Pizza Scrolls

Don’t Overfill the Dough

Too many toppings can make the scrolls difficult to roll and may cause them to fall apart while baking.

Use Cold Puff Pastry

Cold pastry is much easier to work with and creates crispier pizza scrolls.

Make Them Lunchbox Friendly

Allow the scrolls to cool completely before packing into lunchboxes to prevent sogginess.

Freeze for Later

Pizza scrolls freeze beautifully, making them ideal for meal prep and busy weeks.

if you mix 1/2 cup of tomato paste with 1 tsp dried oregano as a base first it is more pizzery and my kids (the fussy ones) love them.
