Grandma Julie’s Egg Salad is an absolute must have at any family BBQ that we have. It has the delicate bite of shallots and sweetness and crunch of little pieces of apple. Mmmm I think it might be time for another visit to grandmas house!

Ingredients
12 hard boiled eEggs
2 Shallots
1 green Apple- diced
4 long sticks of celery and leaves
2 tbsp Curry
3 tsp Mayonnaise -(we use egg free mayo)
1 tbsp Parsley-chopped
Directions
- Peel boiled eggs and cut into quarters.
- Finely chop shallots, apple and celery.
- Place in big bowl.
- Mix mayonnaise and curry and stir into the egg mix.
- Sprinkle the top with chopped parsley and serve.

- Grandma Julie’s Egg Salad is not suitable to freeze.
- You can replace apple with grapes if you like
