Grandma Julie’s Egg Salad

Egg salad with chopped green onions and herbs in a white bowl.

Grandma Julie’s Egg Salad is an absolute must have at any family BBQ that we have. It has the delicate bite of shallots and sweetness and crunch of little pieces of apple. Mmmm I think it might be time for another visit to grandmas house!
