This Refreshing Green Smoothie recipe is super duper easy and I love a good filling smoothie.
Smoothies are such a great way to start the day and super fast to prep and take on the go, you can chuck in pretty much any fruit or veg into the blender and create a yummy tasting drink for the day.
But if I must add, this Refreshing Green Smoothie recipe is by far the best of them all!
Easy, quick and can take it anywhere. Whilst this one is refreshing it will also keep you full!

Ingredients
1number Small avocado
3-4 Mint Leaves
1cupWater
1number Green apple, Chopped
2cm Fresh Ginger
1/2Lime, Peeled
1cupKale or Spinach
Directions
Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz for 2 minutes
Pour into a cup and Enjoy!
