Smoothies are such a great way to start the day and super fast to prep and take on the go, you can chuck in pretty much any fruit or veg into the blender and create a yummy tasting drink for the day.

But if I must add, this Refreshing Green Smoothie recipe is by far the best of them all!

Ingredients

  • 1 number Small avocado

  • 3 -4 Mint Leaves

  • 1 cup Water

  • 1 number Green apple, Chopped

  • 2 cm Fresh Ginger

  • 1/2 Lime, Peeled

  • 1 cup Kale or Spinach

Directions

  • Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz for 2 minutes
  • Pour into a cup and Enjoy!
