A refreshing blend of blueberries, yoghurt, and a hidden wholesome twist. Naturally sweet, vibrant, and perfect for breakfast, snacks, or post-workout energy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Low Fat Milk

  • .5 cup Blueberries-frozen

  • .5 large Banana-or 1 small banana

  • .5 tbsp organic Flaxseeds

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions

  • Get a blender and put in the low fat milk, frozen blueberries, banana, organic flaxseeds, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend it on high for about 20-30 seconds and serve!
